By accessing or using Examaced (app.examaced.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

Account Requirement: An account is required to access and use the Examaced practice workspace, question bank, mock timers, and progress tracking features. Sign-in is provided via Google authentication.

Permitted Use: Examaced is provided for personal, non-commercial educational and exam preparation purposes. Automated scraping, redistribution, or bulk downloading of platform materials is prohibited.

Information We Collect: When you sign in with Google, we store your basic profile identifier (name, email address, and profile avatar) along with the practice scores, saved questions, collections, and mock session history you record in the app.

How We Use Your Data: Your data is used solely to provide your study workspace, sync your question history and analytics across sessions, and maintain platform security. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

Working Sheets & Drawings: Ink drawings on question working sheets are temporary in-browser sessions that you can export as a PDF at any time.

Examaced is an independent educational platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Cambridge Assessment International Education (Cambridge International).

Past examination questions, syllabus codes, and mark schemes referenced in the workspace remain the copyright and intellectual property of their respective examination board owners and are presented for individual student revision and study.
